TESTCOMM's customers are diverse and each project presents new challenges for the Commissioning Team. Some of our current and most recent projects are listed below:

Costco Warehouse Stores- LEED Certification Program - TESTCOMM worked with Costco to develop commissioning procedures and commission their first LEED qualified warehouse store in Manahawken, NJ.  TESTCOMM continues to work with COSTCO to commission other LEED qualified stores in various parts of the country.  TESTCOMM had previously developed succinct procedures to perform test and balance and commissioning on new Costco stores throughout the US, Canada and Mexico. 

Ferris High School Modernization- TESTCOMM is working with Spokane Schools and GARCO Construction to commission this replacement of the 1960's dated school with a
state of the art" high school building. The replacement, being built under provisions of the Washington Sustainable Schools Protocol, is a multi-phase, multi-year project that is expected to be completed in 2013.

Spokane Falls Community College Science Building - TESTCOMM commissioned this new science building, designed to replace the 1960 era building that had outlived its usefulness. Commissioning on the project included a state of the art planetarium, sophisticated laboratory air control systems, and a new concept "passive air handling system", which is being monitored in conjunction with the Energy Laboratory at the University of Oregon. Students began classes in the building in spring 2011.
